I’m a foodie. And I care about the quality of things. So needless to say that I’m in love with fresh, homemade food. It’s a privilege to be able to choose every ingredient carefully and it’s my number one priority to prepare organic, nourishing meals for my people. So what started as a fun hobby turnt into a passion driven career that brings me joy and fulfilment. How many people can say that they do what they love for a living? Well, give me some fresh veggies and hummus and I’m one happy little camper.
Anyhow. Growing up in a tiny village in the mountains I was lucky enough to be surrounded by the freshest fruits and vegetables from my mam’s garden. But it wasn’t until I started questioning the development of our food consumption that I began to educate myself on real, whole foods and their incredible benefits. As a certified holistic health coach I know the importance of a healthy balanced lifestyle and try my best to create delicious meals that nourish both body and soul.
Because if we eat good, we feel good. And if we feel good, we look good. I’d say that’s a pretty good win-win situation.
